Project Financing

We collaborate with commercial banks, financial houses and angels to structure funding for strategic commercial real estate projects such as hotels and spa facilities, school hostels and building, hospital infrastructure and shopping malls. We also provide capital access to viable mining and oil and gas services.

We typically structure funding for projects that have a good cash flow projection. In most cases, we would not require collateral facilities.
